12 may 44 bf109 110076 nagr13 nr exmouth

Hi All,
looking to confirm info i found on the internet

May 12, 1944 when Oberfähnrich Gerhard Kohlweg of 1./ Nahaufklärungsgruppe 13 failed to return from a sortie to Exmouth, near Exeter, in G-5, W.Nr 110076, coded White 11.
Presumably it was a modified G-5 to a recce a/c

Or I could have typed it twice … Congratulations on being the first to spot a mistake that's been online for 9 years!

(Also, I live about 10 miles from Exmouth, so almost local history).

Orignal sources were ULTRA decrypts:

CX/MSS/R188(C)
7. Source saw first part of the following document, stamped 14/5:
Ref. taking over of a/c, 3./NAG 13:
Bf 109 G-8, W.Nr. 710033 and 710076 yellow 5 and 11 on 13/5/44, modification detachment HERZOGENAURACH MG 151 and MG 131 (remainder not seen).

CX/MSS/R229(C)
16. Report to Technical Officer on 28/6: … On 12/6, two Bf 109 G-8, W.Nr. 710033 and 710023 shot down by eight Mustangs.
