Schlageter is on a distinguished road
I./JG 301 in April/May 1945

According to Reschke's JG 301 book and Roderich Cescotti's report in the EE Dora book, did Stab and II./JG 301 hand over their planes to JG 11 at the end of April 1945. Then they relocated to Leck by lorries.

What did happen to the planes of I./JG 301 and also of III./JG 301?
Did they keep them till war's end? Did they fly any missions after the 30th of April? Did they fly to Leck?

I didn't find any clues in the literature and the Internet...

Best regards and thanks in advance

Michael
