Essex B-26 crash ID sought
Hi all:
Seeking the ID (SN, unit) of a (presumed) 9th USAAF B-26 Marauder which crashed at 1145 hours on 13 August 1944 at Hill Farm, Tolleshunt D'Arcy, Essex (E of Tolleshurst Farm, MR M370286). Entire crew of 7 baled out safely, aircraft "a complete wreck". TIA for any gen, BC
