Sehr geehrte Frau Rooks,

lhr Angehoriger

Otto Tillack, geb. am 20.01.1915 in Wierschutzin, Kries Lauenburg/Pommern

ist am 11.04.1944 in Weisswasser/Oberlausitz gefallen. (Abschuss des Flugzeuges)

Der Sterbefall ist 1944 beim Standesamt Wien-Florisdorf unter der Nummer 368/1944 beurkundet wordern.

Die Ausstellung einer Sterbeurkunde (Original) kann dot beantragt weden. Als Anlage ubersende ich lhnen eine Kopie aus unserem Schriftwechsel.

Grablage: Friedhof Neu Welzow, Lankreis Spree Neisse, Einzelgrab.

Uber die Dienstzeit in der Luftwaffe haben Sie bereits von Herrn Salonen-Besucher in unserern Hause- eine Auskunft erhalten.
