Another research for Tours area (France) : a recon mission 11 July 1944 :
Please, a recon plane took pictures of a rail road bridge settled just West of Tours : Pont de la Motte (between Saint Cyr / North bank and La Riche / South side of river Loire). A friend of mine has got a photo rail photo with these information written in the bottom : (US 15/1212) 11 July 44 (F/7) (250) 10 PR (1030B) RR Br-Tours (ILL4700/27/A) Please can you help me to undertand these indications ? Is « 10 PR » for 10th Photographic Reconnaissance Group ? Thank you. Phil.
