Maybe it is just true that Russians relied in numbers above quality more then other war parties:P ?

Look at T-34's ongoing production etc. ... Look at Germany still producing the 109G-6 in mid 1944... similar!

This philosophy follows the idea "Many dogs are the bunnies death"... and additionally, there were still a lot of La5F /FN / 7, which have better performance.
