Dennis Knight
Just found out that Dennis died a day or so ago.
One of the true pioneers of research, dating back to the 1960s when, with Peter Foote, he visited many of the places where BoB aircraft came down in southern England and got the stories from the locals who remembered the crashes. Met him on a couple of occasions. A true gentleman in every sense of the word. RIP Dennis.
