part of a fighter - Belgium 01.09.1944
Hi,
I have this part of plane, that's the back of an armored seat. There's only one marking, a number 7166. Following my info, it maked a forced landing in Belgium on 31.08.1944 or 01.09.1944 ( more certain ) in Belgium in Enghien's area, 25 km southern Brussel. The pilot was safe. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() I think it was a german fighter, may be victim of a friend fire ( no 100 % certain ). Could you identify the type of the plane with this part and may be the pilot ? Thanks a lot. Sincerly. |
