From which a/c is that piece?

Maybe someone can help to identify from which WW II aircraft is that piece of cloth? The fragment is about 15 x 7 inches, has a grey-green colour on the frontside and on it stands: Nicht verstellen = Do not adjust. Could it be a rudder covering from a Bf 109? See attached pics.
