According to the notes of Larry deZeng, this unit was extremely unusual. While maintained by Luftwaffe personnel, it really was operated by the Ordnungspolizei primarily to aid in hunting down partisans and consisted of at least 10 Staffeln using Fi 156s as well as Ju 87s, Si 204s, Fw 58s.
The unit I.D. code was (9Q+) but details about the rest of the coding are unknown. Larry has a quantity of details about the activities of this unit and I expect that someday these will appear in a future book.
