Go to www.nara.gov In Most Requested Box - Click on Military Service Records Read Carefully - print out Form SF180. This is only Request form the Records Center Accepts. Since you are not a Relative , you will have to include a Statement as to why you are requesting records and that you are doing so under the Freedom of Information Act. I checked on this Site for his Enlistment Record by Name and Number and it is not Listed. Stll Checking for Info. Could he have Enlisted through RCAF? He is not Listed in Veteran Cemeteries. www.gravefinder.com Lists 19 Graves with His Name Mike
