S/L Edward Rowland Thorn, DFC*, DFM* accident
Good night to all!
On the 12th ( or 14th depend on the source ) February 1946, S/L Thorn, DFC, DFM a former Defiant ace from 264 Squadron was killed in a flying accident. I tried to find if it was on a BOMBER Command machine but it seems NO. Could someone give me more details of the accident ( type of accident ) and machine he was flying on the day he passed away? ( serial number and codes would be welcomed too ). Yours Adriano Baumgartner
