Re: Transfer of two 5./196 Ar196s in September 1942

It is a fact that two FA 330 Bachsteltze were delivered on board "Komet" in September 1942 for use on the ships second voyage. They were both tested on 28. September by factory pilots with very negative results. The ships captain complained heavily and wanted to put the two planes ashore. My sources says nothing about allocations of further aircraft.
