F/L William Laurie LANG 72296, killed 27/10/41

Hello everyone

Can anyone give me details for the loss of this Flying Instructor and his pupil, killed whilst training in October 1941 in Oxfordshire?

There's a biography of him on the Christ Church College Oxford memorial website, including his pre-war RAF career, but the only details they have for the actual accident are that they crashed at an Oxfordshire airfield in foggy conditions.

Regards

Simon
