Loss of Frenchman KIA or POW ?
Hello,
Am at a loss on this one. Date was 17th April 1945, the Unit was GR/2/33, the a/c serial number 44-14605. Who was the pilot, what became of him and the aircraft please ? OK found answers 1Lt. Marc Delégue was pilot who was killed and the a/c "R7-K" was shot down by Bf109's and crashed at Einsinger, Ulm. Links to RAF commands and ASN aircraft accidents.
