this is indeed a D-1 of Stab I.JG21.
Please wait for my long outstanding e-mail to you, I have just arrived from Shanghai back to my home in Spain.
I own a series of photos of this plane including the clear detail photo of the emblem and the story behind it. That might fill a gap in your collection.
