Request for details from the NVM of my Uncle's crash
I was wondering if there is a way to try and obtain any additional information (NVM) on my uncle's crash of his JU-88 on 22 June 1943? It crashed in the area of the Charkow-Nord airport, but we do not know why. My Uncle Friedrich was the Bordschutze on the aircraft. His sister is still alive (95 yrs old) and I was hoping to get some answers for her in her advanced age and also for the other members of our family.
1943-06-22, 2.(F)/11, Ju 88 D-1, 430503, 6M+BK, Fl.Pl. Charkow-Nord, Absturz. Bruch 100 %. Flugzeugführer Fw Hofmann, Ludwig, + Beobachter Lt Tschoepe, Josef, + Bordfunker Uffz Bruntsch, Helmut, + Bordschütze Uffz Arbe, Friedrich, + Thank you Daryl |
