Steve not quite what you wanted but is this plan of use ? (actually a later raid).
You may have seen Andy's magazine article on the 1942 one. Added....the map is from the National Archives, AIR48/83 "US Strategic bombing survey reports" no.2. Unfortunately this is not digitilized yet. Part 1 may have another plan. There are also 2 PR photos of the plant identifying shops and sheds etc. in IMPACT magazine Sept. 1943.
