fate of a Ju88 crew
Dear all
We are investigating on the fate of the the crew of a Ju88. The Ju 88 A-17, 823084, 1H+FS, 8./KG 26 crashed on 27/7/44 at 40 km Süd of Limoges (in the center of France), by lack of fuel. We know that the Bordwart Fw Dörrstein, Albert (*1914-02-17, EM 62834/50) became a Prisoner of war and it seems that the whole crew left the aircraft with parachutes and survived unwounded. Only Dörrstein was captured and the others returned. But unfortunately we have no names of those : can some one help us in this respect ? and bring information on them ? Thanks in advance Gilles
