II./Jagdgeschwader 3 - June 20, 1944
Hello/Bonjour,
I am looking for information about II./Jagdgeschwader 3 and its activity on June 20, 1944 (in Jochen Prien's books about this Gruppe?). The 371st Fighter Group claims ME-109s shot down that day around Evreux, and I am trying to find out whether the Gruppe fought Thunderbolts in that area - its losses were not far from there (around Bernay according to Jean-Bernard Frappe's book). To get an idea, because I know that matching wins and losses is always complicated! Best regards, Frederic
