Very sad to learn RAF pilot George Dunn DFC has died aged 103.
Privileged to raise many a glass with him over the years, he once told me, "The war was a bit of an adventure; a toss up who survived. I did, friends didn't. That's the luck of the draw".
RIP old friend.
