I believe the following units operated the He 59 in the summer of 1940:

Seenotflug-Kommando 4
Seenotflug-Kommando 5

Seenotzentrale Cherbourg
Seenotzentrale Boulogne
Seenotflug-Kommando Cherbourg
1./Ku.Fl.Gr.706

Is this a complete list of units operating the He 59 in summer 1940?
How many He 59s were on strength and with what units on 13/8/40?
