Re: FW-190 ID Help
Aircraft is DN+FV, W.Nr. 160022. I have a clear photo of this aircraft (left side tail section and of course the often seen 3/4 right rear view shot in color) showing the factory codes and W.Nr. on the tail. The common feature to the two images (one above and other in my archives) given that a portion of the factory codes are presumably blocked is the triangular shaped damage hole in the rudder just aft of the elevator. It is the same position on both images with associated W.Nr. and factory codes which draws out the aircraft identity.
