Belgium: rail targets on the 10 of August 1944
Hello,
Can anybody help me to find out which unit(s) were assigned to attack rail targets, especially in the region of Tirlemont (Belgium), on the 10 of August 1944? I recently discovered a document in our city archives about the attack of a train who was enterring the railway station of Neerwinden. According to that document the train was attacked by several aircraft at 11.30 Hrs on the 10 of August 1944. Train was on his way from Tirlemont to Liège. Thanks, Alexander
