As far as I know these are the correct names: Mach, Karl & Braunnhoff, Karl. Braunnhoff was a member of 9./KG54.
The plane's tactical code was B3+AD. It's mission was to escort the convoy "Paselli" nord of the Gulf of Tunis. The plane was attacked by a Lightning and went down burning.
