Hi Ota,
I think that there were also several aircraft claimed by 29 Sqd Mosquitoes over Dreux airfield on the night of 7th/8th June also, i of which was a Ju.52. The key would seem to be do we have a time for the loss of this particular Ju.52 ? The 418 claims you mention are quite a good distance from Dreux so I would tend to discount them as likely John Foreman gives first hand accounts of all these night actions in "1944 - Over The Beaches" and "Fighter Command War Diaries Vol 4" Cheers Bruce Lander
