Dear Jaap,

There were plans to have a lot of identification plates on the Me 262's, but I don't think these plans were ever carried out. The only "plate" I've ever seen was on Me 262B-1a, W.Nr. 110639, but I'm not sure how authentic it was. It certainly wasn't a standard ID plate.
