SONNER, Michael. (DOB: 1915). 22.05.40 Lt., 3./JG 51. 23.06.40 Lt., in 3./JG 51. 20.07.40 Lt., 3./JG 51. 24.09.40 Oblt., 3./JG 51. (n.d.) Techn.Offz. in Stab I./JG 51. 08.07.41 Oblt., I./JG 51. 01.06.42 Oblt., appt Staka 3./JG 51 (to 30.10.42). 30.10.42 WIA – Fw 190 A-3 ran out of fuel and belly- landed at or near Vyazma-South in Pl.Qu. 4429. 04.04.43 Oblt., Stab/JG 51 KIA - Fw 190 A-5 crashed and burned 6 km S of Orel-West. Credited with at least 6 victories. LdZ DGS

With Matti's help the VDK will be amending their data base shortly, from Sommer to Sonner.
