Going by Doug and Larry's Luftwaffe Officers database, the best fit I can see for the signature is possibly for: REISS, Georg. 01.07.39 Oblt., temporary duty from RLM pool to FFS C Neuruppin. 15.11.39 trf to Erg.Kampfgruppe 2 Schönfeld-Crössinsee. 16.10.40 Oblt., 9./KG 77 KIA - Ju 88 A-1 (3Z+DT) crashed at Amiens. That said there is of course no mention of a promotion to Hauptmann, which is not helping! Anyway, I am hoping someone might be able to provide some more info either way into who this signatory might be. Regards Richard.
