Now hang on a moment please I follow that WNr 1807 was a B model registred D-AQOX, rebuilt as a P-model (perhaps the prototype?) the V9 and received a new civil registration D-AIZU However if Rémi is correct and PK+AR was 95% destroyed and not WNr 1807 but 1707 then I want to know where the connection between D-AIZU and PK+AR is. The aircraft in the photos is certainly nowhere near 95% destroyed. It is a quite reasonable belly landing and I don't think we even see 50% damage here. Did PK+AR have two crashes? One seen here and one terminal in 1942? Or is PK+AR WNr 1707 and not at all connected to V9? Cheers Stig |
