Yes, you are right. I mistook the two a/c on the loss register as being from 4. and 5. Staffels - but actually they were III/KG26 a/c with their old KG76 codes still on. From the Michael Holm´s pages (http://www.ww2.dk/air/kampf/kg26.htm) we also learn, that: - Stab/KG26 received a total of 1 Ju188A-3LT and - III/KG26 a total of 49 Ju188A-3LT as Newbuilds until 31.12.1944. So my previous total above captures 46 of these, leaving the fate of at least 4 as mysteries. (That also leaves 12 of the 62 Newbuilt a/c completely unaccounted for.) BR, Juha
