I would appreciate to know your source for your details. I have a couple of books by Lucien Morareau and they only confirm that aeroplane No 4 was in use by AB1. Nothing is listed by him on the 17th as a loss though. The digit 4 listed in brackets is, if I understand you correctly, the serial number? When you say aircraft 2 does that refer to the fuselage code? The V.156F seems to have been one of those aeroplanes using seperate fuselage codes vs serialnumbers on the tail fin/rudder Cheers Stig |
