Just the discussion I wanted to see! Is it possible to conclude? Is the Gefechtsbericht give in facsimile or in text in the book? Regards, Andreas B

the book has both the facsimile and the reprinted text, however, I just saw that the facsimile gives the code as Ca+KP (with a small a!) and the transcript C9+KP, I guess the first one is a typo as this would be a Ju 86. In the Gefechtbericht there is nothing about the fate of his crew, this is from the further text. Theo Boiten in his book "Nachtjagd" gives the same data as Mr. Spoden. Regards Robert
