Remember the Fw 190F-8/R1 that landed in SwedenFebruary 3 1945 that had W.Nr. 63801022.
But this plane didn't have the W.Nr. painted over both fin and rudder, it was painted as usual on only the fin cap.

“Black 2 + -“ looks like it has the same, or similar, number font for the W.Nr. as “Yellow 11 + -“, W.Nr. 681330, II. /SG 2 found at Neubiberg. "Yellow 11 + -" also has the W.Nr. painted on both fin and rudder.
