Imagine asking some poor adjutant to write up a non-British name like that.

Anyway, I think "Dutraky" is 30875 W/O Halna du Fretay who arrived on No. 607 Squadron with 26042 W/O Boyer, MR on 18 November 1941. AIR-27-2093-45 refers.
