Mtt AG ?

Can anyone confirm that the abbreviation "Mtt" (for Messerschmitt) was used "officially" in Germany before or during WW2? By officially, I mean its use on Messerschmitt, RLM, Luftwaffe… documents. Examples being manuals, correspondence, reports, etc. Same for "Mtt AG".
