7./KG2 1941 insignia ???
Hi All,
Near us a Defiant caught a Do17z trying to escape from a raid. I'm making some models of this but can't find details of the Dorniers markings It was from 7 KG2 U5+AR shot down by 151 squadron during the night of Feb 4/5 1941 It looks like the defiant is the overall black scheme with red codes this is simple and I have markings for this, the Dorniers codes also look simple with a white A but I dont know anything about the nose art, plus I have also seen stripes across noses If anyone can shed any light on any of this I'd be very thankful Regards Nigel
