Re: Aircraft belly skin, Henschel Hs 129?
Regard to its elements its look like the engine cover from some airplane. Small opening could be direct access to some filter or tank pipe. It have two colors visible, dark grey base and slightly turquoise medium blue over it. It could be associated with German tropical bottom color but even with standard Soviet. Also- grey color is used as primer on Soviet color, at least for interior. On edge is actually third color, chromate hue.
Strange...

Re: Aircraft belly skin, Henschel Hs 129?
All I have is this photo, nothing else. The seller did not respond to my e-mail.
The only reason why I think it might be part of a Hs 129 is the "looks". Since I don't even know the overall size, it's very hard for me to positively identify it. That's why I posted it here, asking help from the experts of this field.

Re: Aircraft belly skin, Henschel Hs 129?
If “hdc” is actually a Hersteller code it should be:
Luftfahrtgerätwerk Hakenfeld GmbH, Berlin-Spandau, Streitstr.5-17. I am uncertain if it is, and have no idea regarding the “5.” Steve Sheflin |

Re: Aircraft belly skin, Henschel Hs 129?
The geräte number 19-5000 series is for electrical parts/equipment. Are you sure this plate is associated with the structural panel assembly?

Re: Aircraft belly skin, Henschel Hs 129?
Exactly what I like to ask... image from first post is missing but I remember details, I will try to get some free time today and analyses some drawings and images I have, obviously, I will focus on engine flat panels.
