This is a project drawing of a planned Bf 109D with DB 600 later cancelled and changed to a B/C like version with Jumo 210Ga

Overall dimensions are ok.

According to factory dwg Bf 109A/B with Schwarz prop had 8700mm in length, Bf 109B with VDM prop - 8670 mm

The provided drawing has very close dimensions. Also note that rudder and fin dimensions exactly match 109B/C/D/E rudder and fin dimensions.
