It was 432 Squadron, not 422, as I think Beauch would know his fathers Squadron..

F/O C.R.Hoffman RCAF initially evaded but was captured in Paris on 3rd August. He may have been one of the many aircrew betrayed by Prosper de Zitter, himself a Canadian, and who was executed after the War. Apart from aircrew, obviously many resistance and Escape Line helpers were also rounded up, many dying in awful circumstances.
