Nothing on September 6, 1939, but I have the following listed on the following day: 2./KüFlGr. 606 Dornier Do18D-3 (833). Starboard plane and flaps damaged in night landing on the Wittensee in fog 9.30 p.m. Crew all unhurt. Aircraft 8L+GK repairable. 2./KüFlGr. 606 Dornier Do18D-3 (833). Diverted from the Wittensee by fog and overturned during night landing at Hörnum 10.04 p.m. BO Oberlt zur See Helmut Rabach missing, BM Uffz Karl Evers killed, FF Uffz Ernst Hinrichs badly injured, and HB Hptgefr Herbert Rusch slightly injured. Aircraft 8L+WK 95% damaged - write-off. I assume the latter could be that you are after. And if anybody can clarify the duplicated Werk Nummer I would be grateful.
