I belive this (may) have come from Ju 88 A-4 version, Henschel Flugzeugwerke made fuselage part. Indentifying the particular aircraft may become troblesome and likely impossible without further info on where found and preferably when. Even that may not lead to conclusion as this plate does not tie directly to any known factory range.
