No, it seemed quite a way beyond any numbers that I had thus far found. A range of Ju 52's and Ju 88's were the nearest I found - and they stopped some way short of that. I have a Patin mutter compass that has that number painted on in a style typical of painted-on Werke Nummers that one sometimes finds on Luftwaffe aircraft components and equipment. I was curious to discover if it matched any known number blocks. Andy
