Bonjour Michal,
Ou s'adresser pour lire de rapport de l'opération sur Arques ? Peut-être il est précisé le bombardement de Lumbres à l'aller ou au retour ? Bonne soirée. Guy. Hello Michal, Or go to read the report of the operation on Arques? Perhaps it is stated the bombing Lumbres to go or return? Good evening. Guy. |

Re: Bombardement de Lumbres 12 juillet 1941
Salut Guy,
My sources - subject publications do not mention this detail. If you want you can try to search war records through NA, Kew. There you can find details reagrding a/c, crew, routes, target etc. I recommend: AIR 14/2681 ... Interception and tactics, including bombing particulars and routes, Jun 41 - Sep 41 http://www.nationalarchives.gov.uk/c...=AIR+14%2F2681 AIR 27/203 ... Operations Record Book of the 15 Sqn, Jan 41 - Dec 43 http://www.nationalarchives.gov.uk/c...F=AIR+27%2F203 Maybe someone on this forum has some documents from these files and can help you. Amicalement, Michal |
