More confusion: In Blitz Then & Now Volume 2 this image shows a Ju88 & crew sporting the upward 3 arrow emblem but it is captioned as being 9./KG76 F1+BT (F1+AT in background?). This is getting strange as we have quite good evidence for this emblem belonging to either 9 or 5 staffel KG76?
Attachment 4555 Presumably we can pretty much take for granted that the guys in the photo are the guys in mentioned in the caption who were lost in F1+BT of 9./KG76. I suppose the only question is what are the chances of them not standing in front of their own Ju88 as no code is visible for conclusive identity? Any thoughts? What is 5./KG76's emblem???
