The loss record as follows: http://www.ahs.no/ref_db/lw_loss_pub...?lossid=103653 I would advice you to get a hold of the book 'Den svarte fredagen' by Sperbund og Nordeide, http://www.selja.no/54_den-svarte-fr...ruar-1945.html , the most thorough source for the battle that brought an aircraft to rest in the field you have been searching. A word of advice - all parts of german WWII aircraft wrecks in Norway are government property unless an agreement has been made with the relevant authorities for a specific recovery. Not that I believe that small parts like the ones you have been describing will be of major interest to the authorities, but the acts you describe is not excactly considered legal. Regards, Andreas B

Ahhh... but I have seen the holy grail! And it is painted RLM 76 all over with a large Mickey Mouse on the side, there is a familiar pilot in front of it and it has an Erla Haube! |
