Re: Need help identifing an aircraft 2
Hi Richard,
It makes me feel like a Ju 87 cockpit; not sure though... Cheers Marc |

Re: Need help identifing an aircraft 2
Maybe of no help, but could it be Argus manufactured rudder pedals?

Re: Need help identifing an aircraft 2
And that looks like a glass panel between the pilot's feet, so a Ju 87 is a strong possibility.

Re: Need help identifing an aircraft 2
All, I've pretty much eliminated the Ju 87, the canopy doesn't match any model and the cockpit structure is too light compared to the B & D models.
the dark area under the rudder pedals looks more like a black rubber wear pad to me. keep trying, been thru lots of fotos with no matches, von Lutz

Re: Need help identifing an aircraft 2
Is it a real aircraft or a mock-up?

Re: Need help identifing an aircraft 2
Primoz,
I think it is a real aircraft, most German mockups seem to be made of wood and have mockup instruments rather than real ones. Another odd thing about this aircraft I just notice is the instrument panel curves up and round the fuselage like several bombers with a glazed nose so the pilot can look out thru it. So is it possibly an observation aircraft? But if so where is the single engine? von Lutz
