The updated version of Hata and Izawa's Japanese Naval Aviation Fighter Units and Aces is being published in two parts in Japan; the forthcoming Grub Street edition contains both parts of the new Japanese edition. I believe the book that Ed has noted is the first of the two part Japanese edition.
