Ferdinando I think this is the insignia of Luftflotte 2 Italy , the "K" being the initial of GenFeldMar. Albert Kesselring who at the time was Oberbefehlshaber Sud;a similar badge was carried by Luftflotte 6 in Russia with a "G" for Ritter von Greim.
Kesselring had previously commanded LF2.
