From left to right: 1st and 3rd men are wearing pilot brevets (wings). 2nd and 4th men are wearing aircrew brevets (half wing). But your last two, 5 and 6 are not wearing any brevets suggesting perhaps groundcrew. Both appear to be sergeants.
